Large Kutani Ware Vase by Yuho – Cranes over a Winter Landscape This elegant Kutani ware vase is an original work by Yuho, accompanied by its original signed wooden storage box (tomobako) and matching artist's wooden plaque. The entire surface is decorated with a beautifully executed panoramic winter landscape. Graceful cranes soar above snow-covered mountains, while delicate leafless trees spread across the foreground with remarkable precision. Soft gold gradients create the impression of mist or winter sunlight, giving the composition a calm and refined atmosphere. The artist's meticulous brushwork is particularly impressive in the intricate branches, which are enhanced with subtle gold accents. Viewed from different angles, the vase reveals a continuous scenic composition that combines traditional Japanese aesthetics with exceptional craftsmanship. The vase is in excellent vintage condition with no visible chips, cracks, or repairs.
