Daoguang dynasty blue-and-white porcelain jar, model Magpie and Peony, from China, 13 cm high with a 13 cm width and depth, weight 602 g, depicting a magpie among blossoming peony shrubs under a tree with insects, underside marked with a double blue circle; in good condition with a small kiln firing mark and minor fritting to the inside rim, no stand included.
