“セメウーズ”型の1フラン銀貨、風に蒔かれる共和国を象徴する寓意的な像を描く、オスカー・ロティ作、モダニスト風のデザインで、しわの処理と髪の動きに高いダイナミズムを見せる。裏面には「1 FRANC」の価値がオリーブの枝の上に描かれ、国家のモットーに囲まれた、均整のとれた上品な構成。 実物は浮き彫りがよくはっきりと見え、元の輝きがまだ多色のパティーナの下に感じられ、ゴールド色と青みがかった色調のニュアンスが特に裏面で明瞭。野点にはグレード由来の軽い痕が見られるが、全体として調和のとれた魅力を保つ MS64 相当とされる。
