高純度金製の美しいローマの品で、重量は1.4グラム。長方形の枠の中に、層状カルセドニーで彫られた卵形のカメオが収められています。カメオには、貴族的なローマの婦人または女神が、古典的な横顔で描かれています。裏面には繊細に曲げられた金のフックがあり、ペンダント、イヤリングの部品、あるいは大きなフィビュラ類の装飾品の一部として使用されたことを示唆しています。
