五客の高岡蒔絵木皿「膳」（ぜん）セット、正方形で角を丸めた形状、暖かな赤褐色の漆で仕上げられています。
広い幅の縁部は浮き彫りで深く彫刻され、編み籠風の模様を再現。高台の縁は自然な竹の節のように彫られています。各皿の中心には五葉の紋章の勾玉があり、梅（ume）の Stylised な意匠を模したもので、周囲の豊かな質感の縁と美しく対照を成します。
originating from 高岡市（Origin: 高岡市）, set reflects refined craftsmanship for which the region is renowned. The trays are complete with their original inscribed wooden storage box (共箱 tomobako).
Period: 日本・明治時代（1868-1912）
Dimensions: 長さ27 cm、幅26.5 cm、高さ1.8 cm。
The trays are in very good condition with minor traces of wear and light surface scratches consistent with age and use. The tomobako shows expected wear from storage. Please refer to the photographs for a clear impression of the condition.
