Elder, Will Annie Fannie - comes with COA Will Elder (1921-2008), born Wolf William Eisenberg, was an American cartoonist and illustrator, one of the founding artists of Mad magazine (1952), known for his dense "chicken fat" background gags. From 1962 to 1988 he was the illustrator - in oil, tempera and watercolour - of "Little Annie Fanny," a satirical strip created with writer Harvey Kurtzman for Playboy magazine, and the first full-colour, fully painted comic feature in a major American magazine. This is a small watercolor he did for fans - but they are very rare and difficult to find.
