この硬貨は裏面のモノグラム「BC」(ВC in Cyrillic) の指示通りサンクトペテルブルクで鋳造されました。帝政時代の銀貨風の作品で、ロマノフ王朝の紋章と帝国ロシアの各領土の紋章が描かれています。 第一次世界大戦の最中に鋳造されたにもかかわらず、流通していない状態で保存されており、ロシア帝政期のコイン収集家の間で非常に人気の高い一枚です。
