A fine ceramic vase by the Italian ceramist Jean Gerbino for Vallauris, circa 1930s, of bulbous shape with geometric rim and blue handle, measuring 19,7cm in height and weighing 833g, decorated in mosaic technique from hundreds of pieces of coloured clay and fired with a clear enamel. Marked to the foot rim "Gerbino" and "Vallauris", impressed in the clay.

Condition: Very good, no significant damages or repairs. Tiny chip to the tip of the spout. 

This lot will be carefully packaged and sent by registered and insured mail.
