INGREDIENTS: AZOR London Dry Gin is produced from a single, handcrafted, collective distillation of carefully selected nine botanicals from the Azores archipelago, such as Juniper, Angelica root, cardamom, lemon, coriander and ginger.

TASTING NOTES
In AZOR London Dry Gin, the dominant flavor is juniper. The notes of this botanical are intensely present on the palate due to its abundant concentration of 80% during the distillation process.

味の特徴: AZOR London Dry Gin の主な風味はジュニパーです。蒸留過程で80%という豊富な濃度のため、この植物由来の香りが口の中に強く広がります。

HISTORY
One of the first Portuguese gins, since 2015. Azor Gin results from the combination of modern knowledge with traditional production techniques.
According to Master Distiller Marta Pinto, Azor Gin is a passionate project, born from dedication and love for distillation. The distillation process for me is an art where I found my unique way to communicate and celebrate life and the places that are dear to me.
Each drop of this gin is an expression of my passion, which explores and captures the essence of the Azores in a drink. It's pure magic.
With our own distillery, we produce and market spirits, liqueurs, syrups and other non-alcoholic beverages. The combination of modern knowledge with traditional production techniques makes us one of the best and most awarded Portuguese distilleries internationally.
