Elena Paraskevaの作品は機関・企業コレクションに収蔵されています。スウェーデン公共美術部（Västra Götaland Government）、米国ボストン病院（子どもがんウィング入口に500cmの大型設置）、オーストラリア国立大学、Thalassa Museum、Affinity（Serif）、ほか多くの機関・企業コレクション。

彼女の作品はブリュッセルの欧州議会での展示をはじめ、フィレンツェ・ビエンナーレなどの大規模ビエンナーレ、ニューヨーク、パリ、東京、ロンドン、ドバイ、サンパウロ（ブラジル）、ウィーン、バルセロナ、ミュンヘン、クアラルンプール、フランクフルト、マラガ、リンツ、グラーツ、シエナなどのギャラリーで展示されています。

2026年には、TIME誌と30年間にわたり関わった著名写真家Christopher Morris（ホワイトハウスを9年間取材を含む）と、世界的に影響力のある現代写真家として広く評価される Magnum の Alec Soth の2名の写真の伝説から展示/表彰を受ける機会を得ました。

彼女は4つの異なる国際写真協会によって、International Photographer of the Year（2024/2023/2021/2018）に選出されています。

Hasselblad Masters、World Masters of Photography、LensCulture、Aesthetica、Prix de la Photographie Paris、International Photography Awards（IPA）、Neutral Density Awards など、国際的な評価と主要賞を多数受賞しています。

2021年以降、FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTSの審査員として活動。Fotografiska Museumおよび東京写真美術館のキュレーターとともに審査を行い、毎年複数の国際写真コンペティションの審査員を務めています。元Adobe講師・アンバサダーでもあります。
