Signed; Daido Moriyama - Color. Tokyo 2008-2012 - 2012

2012年に出版された『Color』は、2008年から2012年の東京を記録した191点の作品を収録している。
この企画の総数30,000点のデジタル画像を集めた『Color』は、森山大道の写真が312ページの写真集に詰め込まれた視覚的な暴風のようだ。
路上の情景や儚い肖像、森山自身の生活の断片を写したスナップショットが、カラーという新しい視覚文脈の中に視覚的に配置されている。
その結果としての画像は、森山の白黒写真を挑発的に用いる表現を欠くことのない、刺激的で魅力的な鑑賞体験を提供する。
発行元の月曜社によって刊行され、同時にその対となる『モノクローム』も生まれた。

In other words, the city of Tokyo is filled with art and all of its people are works of art. → 要するに、東京という都市は芸術に満ちており、そのすべての人が芸術作品だ。
