Moneda de 5 Mils en aleación base con característico orificio central, rasgo distintivo de las emisiones del Mandato Británico en Palestina. El diseño presenta una corona de ramas estilizadas en el anverso y el valor facial en tres idiomas —inglés, hebreo y árabe— reflejando la compleja realidad administrativa y cultural del territorio. Los relieves se observan bien definidos y con escaso desgaste, conservando detalles completos en hojas y tipografía. Ejemplar representativo de las últimas emisiones previas al final del Mandato en 1948, dentro de un periodo de intensa transformación política en la región.
