Izumo-jū Kawashima Tadayoshi（初代）
初代川島忠正作の naval Minatogawa Shrine（港島神社）所蔵 blade。作品の中で 上作 Jō-saku に格付け、切断能力に優れる Saijō Ō-waza。戦時期に鍛造され、白鞘で保存されるこの刀は、力強い存在感と卓越した歴史的意義を兼ね備え、忠正が Minatogawa Shrine でその技を示すよう招かれた際に作られた特別 shrine sword と理解され、彼の作の中でも事実上唯一無二の傑作と言える。
