No reserve price auction! 2 Chinese porcelain cups and saucers, unmarked –China- Kangxi period ca. 1710-1720 On offer are 2 sets Chinese porcelain blue-white cups and saucers from the Kangxi period. Both saucers have a central decoration of a stylized flower in a circle. The base is filled with plum blossom, which blooms in the winter. Furthermore, 2 peach-shaped areas with a sketchy decoration of little landscape. At the rim some sketchy bamboo shoots. The outside of both cups shows the same decoration. Provenance; From the private collection of a deceased collector from North Holland. Date: Late Kangxi period ca. 1710-1720 Size: Saucers measure 12 cm across. Cups measure 8 cm across. Condition: Very good! Just a bit of small rim-flaking (rim fritting) here and there. No chips, no hairlines! Will be packed very well and shipped with registered track/trace with insurance.
