Olympus OM10 + Manual Adapter + Zuiko MC Auto-S 1,8/50mm | アナログカメラ
OLYMPUS OM10 + Manual Adapter + Zuiko MC Auto-S 50mm f/1.8, tested and working.
Hello from Japan!
We provide high-quality cameras and lenses to the world.
The Olympus OM10 of 1979 brought Yoshihisa Maitani's celebrated OM design language — compact, light and superbly balanced — to a wider audience, with aperture-priority automatic exposure and the same bright viewfinder as its professional siblings. On its own the OM10 is an automatic-only camera; the Manual Adapter fitted to this example is the accessory that unlocks manually selected shutter speeds, and it is often missing, so having it here makes the camera considerably more versatile. It comes with the Zuiko MC Auto-S 50mm f/1.8, the multi-coated standard lens of the system — small, sharp and an ideal everyday companion on the OM body or adapted to a mirrorless camera.
Important — please read carefully:
The viewfinder shutter-speed display does not work, and there is residual haze in the lens. Automatic exposure itself is accurate. Please review the photos and consider this before bidding.
Condition: Used — Good
Pre-owned, heavy signs of use, or minor optical flaws
Serial Number
Please check the photo.
Appearance
Scuffs and scratches from normal use. Please check the photos for details.
Optical Condition
Haze: Haze in the 50mm lens — cleaned internally, a residual haze remains. See photos.
Finder: Cleaned internally — clear
Functional
Please note: the shutter-speed display inside the viewfinder does not work — see Known Issues below. Automatic exposure itself operates correctly (about +0.6 EV at EV12 and +1.0 EV at EV15).
Aperture-priority automatic exposure works, and with the Manual Adapter fitted the shutter speeds can also be set by hand. A battery is required.
The Zuiko MC Auto-S 50mm f/1.8 focuses smoothly and the aperture blades are clean.
The viewfinder and lens have been cleaned internally and the light seals replaced.
Measured Performance
We check these cameras on a shutter tester rather than by ear, and we publish what we measured:
- Light meter accuracy — EV12: 0.6 OVER / EV15: 1.0 OVER
Negative film has enough latitude to absorb deviations of this size, but the figures are here so you can judge for yourself.
Servicing
This camera was serviced by us before listing:
- Light seals (foam) replaced
- Viewfinder cleaned internally
- Lens cleaned internally
Known Issues
1. The shutter-speed display inside the viewfinder does not light up. Automatic exposure itself works correctly, but you cannot read the selected speed while composing.
2. Residual haze in the 50mm lens after cleaning — expect some loss of contrast against strong light.
3. The meter reads about +1 EV bright at EV15; negative film absorbs this.
Bundled Items
Only what you can see in the pictures will be included in the package.
