The design recreates Jacqueline Kennedy’s celebrated antique Sunburst Brooch, one of her favourite pieces, which she wore on numerous occasions. The historical original was reportedly set with 211 diamonds. This collectible reproduction captures its brilliance with densely arranged clear crystals set into a dramatic silver-tone sunburst design. According to the story associated with the original jewel, Jacqueline Kennedy sold a diamond brooch received as a wedding gift from the Kennedy family to help acquire the antique Sunburst Brooch. The reverse bears the signature JBK mark and is fitted with a secure pin fastening.
