Nose (Aroma): Rich fruitcake packed with raisins, cherries, and a touch of almond. Underneath, you will find layers of burnt brown sugar, maple syrup, waxy furniture polish, and a very faint, elegant hint of earthy peat smoke. Palate (Taste): Rich, velvety, and powerful. It tastes of dark chocolate, ripe mango, marsepein, and caramelized brown sugar balanced out by warm baking spices like clove and cinnamon.
