Shipping

Items ship from Singapore/Japan in simple protective packaging (bags may be folded).

Orders below €150 are sent by tracked economy air mail (EMS/postal).

€150未満のご注文は追跡可能なエコノミー航空便（EMS/郵便）で発送します。

Orders €150 and above are sent by courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS).

€150以上のご注文は宅配便（DHL/FedEx/UPS）で発送します。

Courier upgrade is available at buyer's cost.

宅配便へのアップグレードはお客様のご負担で可能です。

Customs & Duties

Buyer is responsible for all import taxes, VAT, and customs fees in their own country.

輸入税、VAT、関税はお客様の国で発生します。

Returns & Cancellations

If cancelled or returned, the buyer pays all return shipping costs and associated taxes. Items must be returned in their original condition.

キャンセルまたは返品の場合、送料と関連税はすべてお客様の負担です。商品は元の状態で返品される必要があります。

If a package is returned to sender because the buyer failed to collect it in time, provided an incorrect/incomplete address, or was unavailable to receive delivery, the buyer is responsible for the full cost of reshipment. If the buyer does not arrange payment for reshipment within a reasonable time, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order, and the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

買い手が期限内に受け取りを拒否、または住所が不正・不完全で配達が受けられなかった場合、再送費用の全額は買い手の負担となります。買い手が reasonable time 内に再送の支払いを手配しない場合、出品者は注文をキャンセルする権利を有し、元の送料は返金されません。
