エレナ・パラスケヴァの作品は、スウェーデン公共美術部門（Västra Götaland Government）、ボストン病院（USA）・エントランスの子供がんウィングの大規模500 cm の設置、オーストラリア国立大学、Thalassa Museum、Affinity（Serif）などの機関・企業コレクションに収蔵されています。

彼女の作品は、ブリュッセルのEUROPEAN PARLIAMENTでの展示のほか、フローレンス・ビエンナーレなどの主要ビエンナーレやNYC、パリ、東京、ロンドン、ドバイ、サンパウロ、ウィーン、バルセロナ、ミュンヘン、クアラルンプール、フランクフルト、マラガ、リンツ、グラーツ、シエーナなどのギャラリーでも展示されています。
