The Macallan Fine Oak 8 Years Old has been matured for at least eight years in a combination of oak casks previously used for Bourbon and Sherry, giving rise to a whisky with balanced and elegant character.

The Fine Oak range was subsequently withdrawn from the market, making these bottlings interesting for enthusiasts of the previous Macallan productions.
