Founded in 1881, Sanderson is one of the oldest English soft furnishing brands, famous today for a signature and luxury style that is informed by heritage and designed for modern living.
1881年に創業されたSandersonは、英国最古級のソフトファーニッシュブランドのひとつで、伝統に根ざした個性と現代の暮らしを意識したラグジュアリースタイルで現在も名高いブランドです。

First launched as a wallpaper in 1914, "Rose & Peony" was redesigned as a printed fabric in 1929 and released the following year. By the 1960s, it had been produced in twenty-eight colourways to suit changing tastes. It remains one of Sanderson`s most loved design.
1914年に壁紙として初登場した『Rose & Peony』は、1929年にプリント生地へ改良され、翌年に発売されました。1960年代には、嗜好の変化に合わせて28色展開で生産されていました。いまもSandersonの最も愛されるデザインのひとつです。
