An antique Chinese blue-and-white *yuhuchunping* (pear-shaped vase), decorated with motifs of *qilin* amidst scrolling lotus vines, with a band of plantain leaf patterns around the neck. The underglaze blue is rich and vibrant, executed with a full, expressive brushwork. Likely handcrafted in the 19th century.
