金張り合金製の聖遺物箱で、19世紀のイタリア製と推定される。
建築的に組み上げられ、全面が透かし彫りで構成された枠は、浮き彫りの天使、巻草模様と葉模様を豊かに配した華麗なバロック装飾を中央のthecaを中心に展開している。
四つの巻き状の脚の上に安定させられ、上部には十字架を戴くこの構成には、赤・緑のカボション（ cabochons ）が点在し、金地の装飾に卓越した多色性を与えている。
