We normally ship to France using EMS whenever possible, as it is the most economical shipping method available.

However, recently French customs regulations regarding artworks and prints have become much stricter, and we experienced many cases where EMS shipments were returned during customs clearance. For this reason, at the time of listing this item, we temporarily set higher shipping fees only for France in case we needed to switch to DHL shipping.

Fortunately, this package was successfully shipped via EMS. Therefore, we will refund 23€ as the difference in shipping costs. We have already sent you an email regarding the refund procedure, so please kindly check and respond.

Regarding the additional 20€, this is most likely import tax and VAT charged by French customs authorities. As stated in the item description, customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
