Hello Mr Dahloe,

Your parcel has been sent, complete with all the items as described (3 horns and a bullet mold), and received on january 16th., 2018 at your address in Norway. I do not understand why you would have received it uncomplete, unless it arrived damaged or opened.
I do not understand either why you complain on August, 21th, that is to say some seven months after having received your parcel.

The items in very good condition,  only the  shippingcosts are too high.
