A very neat set containing all 4 parts of "The Book of the Motor Car" written in the early 1910s and 1920s.
The first 3 parts are oftentimes available, while the last part is always missing.
This lot concerns all 4 parts.
The art deco covers are in fine condition.
Per book more than 200 pages with illustrations, exploded views, etc, etc.
The 4 books especially cover brands like Wolseley, Humber, De Dion, Daimler, Lanchester, Gnome, FN, Rudge, Whitworth, Premier, Blumfield, Wall, BSA, Scott, Douglas, New Hudson, Crossley, Dennis, etc.
But they also discuss parts like pistons, radiators, carburettors, tyres and much more.
A lot of forgotten about information, very interesting.
Please read the description and examine the pictures, these are part of the description.
