2014 Tenuta del Terriccio, Con Vento - Toscana IGT IGT - 6 Bottle (0.75L)
polystyrene wine cellar - White wine - Italy

The name derives from a farm where buildings once stood where the owners used to host elderly monks to give them a way to spend their old age, a sort of convent.
Subsequently this name has assimilated the meaning of "hill of the wind" for the fact that the vineyards from which the "Con Vento" is obtained are found on the only hill exposed to all winds. This wine is made from Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier grapes, fermented and aged in steel tanks.
