Two engravings, Spring and Summer.
Charles-Dominique-Joseph Eisen (Valenciennes 1720 - Brussels 1778) was a French painter who worked at the French Court, by Madame de Pompadour. He was the friend of Cochin. He lived in the same period as François Boucher and Honoré Fragonard.
He was known for his drawings and compositions edited by the great publishers of his time.
In perfect condition, printed on 18th century laid paper. Cut on the margins, image complete.
Delivered in two museum passepartouts.
