Beautiful set of Art Deco bookends with beautiful rare depictions of "gold-coloured birds on a wall".

Ca. 1920.
France

Both sculptures made of bronze-green and gold-coloured patinated zamak.
Beautiful lived patina.
Stands on a beautiful black/white-veined marble pedestal.

Rare, beautiful condition with minor signs of age.
The birds were once broken off and are now secured with a piece of cork, not immediately noticeable and the breakage line can be repaired without a trace of this.
Could be soldered.
