Harry-Arnold Elstrøm (Berlin, 11 August 1906 – Linkebeek, Belgium, 17 May 1993) was sculptor, medallist, draughtsman, painter and teacher in art education.

Elstrøms' father was a Danish industrialist, his mother an English writer. In 1913, the family moved to Dresden, where young Elstrøm studied art history at the technical college from 1918 to 1924. Immediately afterwards, he registered with the Academia Britannica in Rome, Italy, where he worked on excavations in Pompeï. In 1928 he joined the Academy of Fine Arts in Brussels. In 1934 he began his career as an independent artist. His most famous works include the Kalvarie in the Basilica of Koekelberg. He made over 300 statues and reliefs.
