A pupitre is a wooden rack in which champagne bottles are placed upside down to undergo the remuage, a process of light shaking and slowly turning the bottle into a more vertical position. This ‘remuage’ is part of the “traditional method” of the Champagne region.

Because of its size, this lot can only be shipped within Europe. Shipping to other continents upon request.
