10 commemorative Bing & Grondahl Christmas plates, years: 1969-1978, designed by Henry Thelander. All are factory first quality in mint or near mint condition (photos) without chips or cracks.
Traditionally, Christmas plates have been displayed (the hanging perforations on the back can be used for this). However, they are made from hard-wearing glazed porcelain and can used for dining. Indeed, Danes increasingly use these plates in the traditional Christmas lunches that are such an important part of Danish "julehygge".
Starting in 1895, B&G were the first Danish company to manufacture Christmas plates, something that has become a much loved annual tradition. B&G's plates depict traditional scenes of Danish Christmas culture in striking cobalt and white porcelain.

Voel me in een woord belazerd!Hi. The clock was fully functional went sent, and as you say the condition was otherwise as described (near mint). Your feedback is unfair - as soon as you contacted me, I wrote and offered several possible solutions including the possibility to cancel the sale and receive a repayment, all of which you are still considering! How can you say you feel cheated?
