Gyokusen Mochizuki 望月 玉泉 (1834-1913)
Kyoto painter.He learned to paint on his father(Gyokusen:玉川).
He exhibited at the Paris World Exposition in 1889 and won the Bronze Prize. Imperial Household Artist.
