When Brian Kinsman, our Master Blender, was given access to the William Grant family’s private collection of unique and revered whiskies, he was given free rein to create truly individual expressions, which together are known as Rare Cask Reserves. This exceptional one-off expression is a jewel of the collection – an exquisitely rare selected blend, which is a compelling example of our Master Blender’s finest whisky artistry.

Kinsman carefully chose aged whiskies from the family’s vaults and married the whiskies in hand-picked oak casks. He then allowed time to take its course, enabling the flavours to meld and mellow. The marriage of these special spirits has resulted in a finite batch of individually numbered exquisite bottles, which together push the boundaries of excellence in the blending of finest whiskies.
