Saint Omer, Audomarus, also called Omaar or Otmar (600-670), is a clergyman who lived in the 7th century in Normandy, Thérouanne.
Engraved by a 17th century Flemish engraver and published by Joan Galle (1600-1676) ca 1627-1676.
Joan Galle had a printing house in Antwerp where he published prints after Pieter Paul Rubens and other Baroque artists.
In perfect condition.
Nice sharp print on thin verger paper with 2-3 cm margins.
With a good watermark.
Comes in a museum mat.
