Pallasites are very scarce meteorites in which olivines are mixed in a metal matrix. They come from the mantle of great asteroids and they account for just 1.7% of the meteorites we know.
This pallasite was initially named Habaswein, after a city close to where the first fragments had been found. Eventually, the meteorite was officially named Sericho, after the area in Kenya where the first impact took place.
All our meteorites come with an IMCA (International Meteorite Collectors Association) certificate, so we guarantee for life the authenticity of all our meteorites. Buy with guarantees.
