A page by the first “own” artist of the Dutch Donald Duck.
The Dutch artist of Hungarian descent was the first artist employed and would continue working for DD from the 1950s (he started in 1953) for nearly 30 years. Before that time, the magazine only contained stories from the USA.
This is page 3 of a 4-page story, from DD 28, 1972, “De Uitverkoop”. With a characteristic “angry” Donald and chaos - those are the best pages!
The page is made on 2 separate pieces of cardboard, that have been attached to each other.
Cover and printed page shown for reference; the magazine is not part of this lot.
