One of the jewels of Toro Albalá, a vintage amontillado. It took about seven years to lose the veil of flower and until bottling has had an oxidative aging in the traditional System of Criaderas and Soleras. Parker and Luis Gutiérrez received 95 points, the taster of The Wine Advocate in Spain, where he pointed out that it is an amontillado "different, balsamic, with a slightly bitter and tarry finish".
