A true icon of the 80s and 90s, this swiss made Tissot Woodwatch. The case of a Tissot Woodwatch is of course always made of wood, but each watch is made of a different piece of wood with different colours, so each watch is unique. This watch is made of dark brown wood. The glass has a few very superficial scratches, the visibility is depending of the striking light. The Tissot Woodwatches were introduced in 1988; this example is from 1991 (see the picture of the back of the guarantee). The diameter is 38,5mm (without the crown); total length (strap + watch) is 22cm. The width of the original worn brown leather strap is 18mm. The thickness of this Woodwatch is 6,2mm. The swiss quartz movement stops with the crown pulled out. This Tissot runs very well and keeps good time, the condition is very good. The original Tissot box with guarantee booklet is included.
