The photograph is inspired by Antinous, the young lover of Emperor Hadrian. A figure known for his beauty and who inspired great novels, international films and famous photographers.

Between the 1980s and the 1990s, the brand ‘Studio Pino’ has produced various artistic nude photoshoots with some of the best photographers, published in the most important industry magazines and books (Männer Aktuell, Adam etc.).

Mimmo Cattarinich (1937-2017) was one of the greatest Italian artistic nude and cinema photographers, who collaborated as a stage photographer and portraitist with the most important directors, including Fellini and Pasolini.
