Set of classic stamps with a good value, stamps from the first two Ceres and Napoleon issues, imperforated, mint and cancelled, between no.2 and 18.
Nice pieces to notice including the no. 2 alone on the letter, a no. 6a with a neighbour signed by Calves, no. 9, no. 12b in a dark green shade signed by Calves, no. 13B with a large sheet edge signed by Calves, no. 14Ad in a blue/green shade signed by Calves, no. 14Aj "framing borderline" variety signed by Calves, no. 14Ba in a blue/green shade signed by Brun, no. 17A mint without gum, no. 17Bb in a light pink shade signed by Calves, no. 18, etc...
A beautiful collection, rather uneven but of good quality overall, many shades/varieties, see the many scans/photos.
