SLIMEHEAD: It is found in the Atlantic, Indian and Pacific Oceans, between 100 and 1500 m deep.

GRENADIER: Coelorinchus is a genus of fish from the family Macrouridae. (whose members are known as grenadiers or "rattails").

SOLE: Solea solea. They live at middle depths, about 100 meters.

ARMOURED: Peristedion cataphractum. The word “armoured” derives from the word weapon, which gives rise to armour, semantically related to the term armed because it refers to his body covered in hard, ossified plates, which protect him as if he were wearing armour.

BUTTERFLY BLENNY, (Blennius ocellaris): Fish of nocturnal habits, (can reach up to 400 metres deep).

ANGLER, Lophius piscatorius
