Very rare first number "Cabeça de Colecionador": "Revista Tintin" Portuguese, (1968)
This book is sought after by all collectors of old comic books. It is rare and of very good quality, as it is usually stored on top of book stacks in attics, often damaging these books due to light or dust.
Unlike most "Tintin Number 1" comic books from June 1, 1968, this copy has a small horizontal fold mark, which shows that the book was mailed and was not purchased at a newsstand.
Finally, this copy sent by mail is even rarer, since there were few subscribers.
This is how the Portuguese magazine Tintin released the first issue. It hit newsstands on June 1, 1968 and featured the best of Franco-Belgian comics. The name comes from the Belgian comic book hero Tintin, the reporter created by Hergé in 1929.
It will be carefully sent in bubble wrap and cardboard box, signature on receipt and insurance.
