An excellent example of the Triassic fossil, Keichousaurus hui. Having no restoration, paint, highlighting, enhancement, the Keichousaur displays in dorsal presentation. This very fine example is a juvenile, not having reached sexual maturity (adults reached 30cm maximally). The delicate, symmetric skull is intact and genuine (not painted onto the matrix as is commonly the case). There is no repair - the white lines are natural calcite mineral veins. Examined under stereo microscope by highly qualified specialist in the species (author of 500 page book on the species). This is a very fine and complete specimen - suitable for the discerning collector. Size: The fossil measures 14 cm (from tip of snout, along the vertebrae to end of the tail).
