Domaine Guyon is a Burgundy wine producer located in the commune of Vosne-Romanée. It poroduces a portfolio of wines from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc. In the winery, the grapes are treated with a hands-off approach with whole clusters and wild yeasts from the vineyard employed for fermentation. Each plot of Pinot Noir is kept as a seperate ferment with oxygen gently introduced through pumping-over. The red portfolio spends approximately 13 months barrel-aging prior to bottling.
