Roddolo’s one and only Barolo vintage 2008. Perfectly aged and cellared for 16 years. Wine produced with Nebbiolo grapes from the Ravera cru. Refines in used barriques and large barrels. Garnet red wine, very intense, broad and elegant on the nose. On the palate it is fresh, gritty, intense, bold and austere. Flavio Roddolo is a legendary wine craftsman, the "naif of the Langhe". The owned vines are found hidden in the hills outside Monforte d'Alba. Only indigenous yeasts are used for fermentation, no clarification or filtration is used. Very limited production.
