MOËT & CHANDON SARAN BLANC DE BLANCS COTEAUX CHAMPENOIS Saran is a very rare still white wine made in the 1970s exclusively from Chardonnays grown in the Saran vineyards on the renowned terroirs of Cramant and Chouilly. This vineyard produces wines of great distinction, with marked typicity and particularly well-developed fruit. To maintain the quality of Saran, Moët's oenologists blend wines exclusively from vintage years. Vinified like a "base" wine, it is aged on its lees and then bottled. Its production is very limited, as only a traction of it is used to blend the Dom Pérignon cuvée!
