Rare - Extra Large Pez Peppermint Enamel Advertising Sign
A single-sided sign made from enamel.
PEZ – a brand with cult status.
The creation of a particularly fine peppermint candy in 1927 by Eduard Haas III in Austria marks the birth of PEZ – a name derived from the German word for peppermint, PfeffErminZ.
The little refreshing candy prove extremely popular, especially with the high society.
This enamel Sign features the iconic Pez Peppermint - A Pictorial Design.
The sign is in good used condition for its age.
As expected with a used shop advertising sign the sign shows some slight enamel loss around the edges and four fixing holes - Please see all the photos for the condition.
Measurements: Width 59.5 Cm x Height 49.5 Cm.
The sign has a curve of around 2 cm.
It's a heavy enamel sign weighing approx: 3.155 Kg's.
