Behold the charm of the early 20th century with this enchanting six-panel byobu folding screen, featuring hand-painted floral images meticulously affixed to its surface. Dominating the central panel is a flower cart, a traditional motif richly adorned with peonies and chrysanthemums, embodying abundance and prosperity.

Flanking this central splendor are scenes of tranquility and natural beauty: to the right, daffodils bloom by a riverside, set against a backdrop of distant mountains and trees; to the left, a waterfall flows beside blooming camellias, and further, the vibrant reds of maple leaves evoke the essence of autumn.

This historical artifact shows its age with wear, staining, scratches, dirt, wood chipping, and tears, which are clearly documented in the accompanying photographs.
