The Chartreuse V.E.P. (Vieillissement Exceptionnellement Prolongé) is one of the most prestigious releases from the Carthusian monks, representing an extended ageing of their iconic liqueur.

Produced in extremely limited quantities, V.E.P. is matured for many years in oak casks, allowing the complex herbal profile to evolve into something deeper, rounder, and more refined than standard Chartreuse.

This bottling (2020) is presented in its traditional wax-sealed format, individually numbered, and crafted using the same secret recipe dating back centuries.

Expect a rich and layered profile with notes of alpine herbs, honey, spice, citrus peel, and a long, warming, almost silky finish.
